He is survived by: his children, Jeanie Spencer (Matthew) and Patrick Fazenbaker (Angie); his siblings, Vivian Grinder, Jerry Fazenbaker, Gary Fazenbaker and Paul Fazenbaker; his grandchildren, Bryce Fazenbaker (Alexis), Notashia Baughman (Willie), Syera Fazenbaker and Terry Fazenbaker; and his great grandchildren, Jillian Fazenbaker, Ava Fazenbaker and Brian Chapman.
