He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Tabor and Aslene Adlue Tabor (Barnes); his son Charlie Joe Tabor; and his grandchildren, Julie Graham and Cody Crist.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Tabor (Grizzle); his children, Charles Tabor (Cecile), Cindy Tabor, Violet Syner and Daniel Tabor (Mary); and his siblings, Howard Tabor (Dottie), Hattie Smith, Gladys Ogle and Ethel Tabor. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
