He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Stout and Willadeen McClain Stout; and his son Joseph Stout. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Perkins Stout; and his children, Jami Stout of Circles Pines, MN, Angie Toothman of Abbingdon, VA, Megan Perkins and Jeff Stout, MD. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
