He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles R. Grose and Mida Hatfield Grose. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Smith Grose; his son John "J. R."; his grandchildren, Jamie Grose, Peyton Grose, Richard Grose, Scarlett Grose, Brayden Davis, Colten Hall and Daylen Davis; his brothers, Gary Grose and Scott Grose; his mother-in-law Alice Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Diane Metz (Ronnie), Lisa Collins (Larry) and Dale Higgins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
