He is survived by: his spouse Kathryn Tolley; his daughters, Kristina Spurgeon (Ron) of Williamstown, Belinda Dorsey of Nitro, Teresa Ward Keenan (John) of Knoxville, Martha Shaffer and Ron Jackson of Charleston; his brother Walter Eugene Tolley (Wanda); and also, Katie Tolley and Gandee Tolley.

In lieu of flowers please contribute to the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Building Fund.
