Verna Lipscomb Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 6, 2024, at the age of 84, Verna Lipscomb of Elkview, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Verna shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Verna farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Cathy Ramsey of Charleston; her husband Richard "Dick" Lipscomb; her son Ronald; her grandson Joshua Ramsey; her parents, Vernon Ingram and Audra Ingram; and her sisters, Verda Woods and Charlotte Ingram.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard "Rick" Lipscomb of Montgomery and Jeremy (Jay).
