He is survived by: his mother Betty Conley (Prowse) of Elkview; his siblings, Stacy Lucas (Matt) of Elkview, Brian Conley (Suzette) of Charleston and Donald Step; and his nieces and nephews, Heather Holtsclaw of Elkview, Brittany Scott of Charleston, Joey Osborne of Charleston and Isaac Conley of Charleston. He is also survived by nine great nieces and nephews.
