It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Spencer of Elkview, West Virginia, who passed away on August 5, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Spencer; his parents, John Spencer and Osie Spencer; and his son Kevin Spencer. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Taylor and Debra Spencer; and his siblings, James "Shorty" Spencer, Ruby Olive and Francis Johnson. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and many great grandchildren.
