She is survived by: her parents, Timothy Handley and Ashley Kennedy; her siblings, Mason Clark, Gunnar Roush and Brynlee Handley; her grandparents, Timothy, Susan Handley of St. Albans, Randal and Edwina Tanner of Duck; her great-grandparents, Mae Smith of St. Albans and Linda Handley of St. Albans; her aunt Brittney Handley of St. Albans; and her uncles, Ted Koontz (April) of St. Albans and Matthew Tanner (Jennifer) of Duck.
Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic in our state, it is mandated by the Governor and the CDC that proper facial coverings be worn and that social distancing be observed.
