He was predeceased by: his parents, John Tignor and Martha Strickland Tignor; and his siblings, Ica Facemyer, Dewey, Joe, John William, Lovell Lee, Henry, Ralph and Theodore Tignor.
He is survived by: his wife Dreama Crowder Tignor; his children, Sondra Tignor, Rodney Tignor (Jenny), Kavin Tignor and Jason Tignor; and his siblings, Dolly Fletcher (Roger) and James Tignor.
Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic in our state, it is mandated by the Governor and the CDC that proper facial coverings be worn that social distancing be observed.
