He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Burdette and Marian Vickers Burdette; and his siblings, Ovie "Tom", Clement Jr., Jeff Burdette and Jenny Bostic.
He is survived by: his wife Paulette; his children, Roger (Sara) and Shannon (Brian Hall); his grandchildren, Reed Burdette, Amber and Gavin Hall; and his siblings, Michael "Butch" (Alice Burdette), John (Jennifer Burdette), Frank (Maureen Burdette), Lew (Joyce Burdette), Jack (Jackie Burdette) and Bonnie (Tim Jones). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Parkinson's Foundation, St. Judes Children's Research Hospital or to the 1971 Vocational Scholarship Fund that presents a check for a HHHS Senior. Checks can be mailed to Debbie Abel P. O. Box 431 Pursglove, WV 26456 and she will inform the family of the donation.
