It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Allen Neel (Elkview, West Virginia), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on January 11, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marguerite Finke Neel and William Allen Neel; his brother Bill; and his son Robert Allen Neel, Jr.. He is survived by: his stepson Brent Mullins; his brother Don Neel (Linda) of Carmel, IN; his grandchildren, Wesley David Steelman (Karlie), Jessica Lee Steelman Dillon (Jacob), Hunter David Steelman and Kyleigh Raye Neel; and his daughter-in-law Amy Neel.
