She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Arthur Jr.; her parents, Glenn Foster and Verna Foster; and her siblings, Kay Cooper, Jimmy and Eddie Foster.
She is survived by: her sons, Carl "Buddy" Arthur of Elkview and Jason Arthur (Annie) of Elkview; and her grandchildren, Abigail and Jacey of Elkview.
