With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Dotson (Elkview, West Virginia), who passed away on February 16, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Hayes and Delphia Hayes (Huffman); and her siblings, Orville, Raymond, Junior, Earl, Bruce, Clyde, Danny Hayes, Shirley Naylor and Ruth Blackwell.
She is survived by: her husband Robert "Banjo" Dotson; her daughters, Cathy Elmore (Lee), Kimberly Tinsley (Mike) and Lisa Legg (Brian); her grandchildren, Matt Tallman (Mandana), Robbie Elmore (Julia), Hollie Neely (Mark), Jacob Wilson (Cristal), Ben Woodson (Annika) and Chris Woodson; and her sister Erma Harper. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren and 1 on the way; many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to: Matics Funeral Home P. O. Box 549 Clendenin, WV 25045 to offset the cost of funeral expenses.
