She was predeceased by: her parents, James Gunnoe and Cora Gunnoe; and her son Bruce Melton Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Bruce Melton; her sons, Tim Melton (Ann), Scott Melton (Valerie), Greg Melton (Lea), Robert Melton (Dana) and Danny Melton; and her sisters, Phyllis Kinder (Charlie) and Sue Proctor. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 22 great grandchildren.
