He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn S. Blackshire Miller; his parents, William Miller and Mary Slater Miller; his granddaughter Chelsea L. Mikeal; and his brother Willard.
He is survived by: his children, Greg Miller (Barbie) of Elkview, Jeanette Legg (Hubert) of Greenville, SC and Todd Miller (Tracey Whittington) of Charleston; and his siblings, Kenneth Miller (Janet), Linda Fields (Bob) and Gail Bailey (Jerry). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
