It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Natchee Wayne Proctor (Elkview, West Virginia), who passed away on July 19, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Gregory Proctor, Cindy Lilly, Elk Hills and Natalie Proctor; his siblings, Fred Proctor of Gilbert, AZ, Bonnie Adkins of Tempe, AZ and Beverly Baugus of Sherwood, OR.; his grandchildren, Rachel Lilly, Hannah Lilly Farrell and Logan Lilly; and his pet Zoe.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Salvation Army.
