She is survived by: her sons, Tobin L. Samples (Angela) and Jesse W. Samples (Kathy); her grandchildren, Torin Samples (Heather), Tyler Samples (Whitney Sublette) and Zane Samples; her great grandchildren, Emilia Samples and Quinton Samples; and her siblings-in-law, Earl Samples, Jim Samples and Donna Purvis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
