He is survived by: his wife Norma Simms; his sons, Steve Simms and Jeff Simms (Joetta); his sister Debbie Perazzo (Steve); his grandchildren, Corey Simms (Miranda), Stephanie Stone (Nick), Lisa Thomas (Ryan), Jessica and Brittany Barnhouse; his great grandchildren, Aliannah, Aleeah and Remington Simms; and his nephew Chad Perazzo.
