We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2024, at the age of 91, Mary Rose Smith (Elkview, West Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Smith and Homer Smith; and her siblings, Lawrence Smith, Clifford Smith, Patty Cox, Helen Westcot, Irene Ellis and James Smith.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jo Ann Smith and Homer William Smith. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hafer Funeral Home (50 N Pinch Rd, Elkview, WV 25071). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
