It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ruth Raines of Elkview, West Virginia, who passed away on September 28, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rex Kiser and Chloe Kiser; and her brothers, Carliss, Gray and Lako Kiser.

She is survived by: her husband Carl Raines; her children, Michael Raines (Nina), Debbie Sockman (Dean) and Donna Mullins (David); and her grandchildren, William Vance, Drew Sockman and Chloe Sockman.
