She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Tennsyon Hensley and Ortha Jenkins Hensley; her siblings, Brenda Larabee and Delmus Hensley; and her grandson Jeremy Samples.

She is survived by: her children, Barbara Morris (Larry) of Elkview, Debra Wooten of Lorain, OH, Penny McTheny of Elkview, Connie McTheny of Greenbrier, TN and Travis McTheny (Julie) of Nitro; her siblings, Linda Blake of Florida, Virginia "Jenny" Carpenter of Gassaway, WV and David Hensley of Gassaway; her grandchildren, Stephanie Gail, Michael Travis and Steven II; and her great grandchildren, Michael and Jesse.

The family suggests in lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hubbard Hospice House West 4605 MacCorkle Ave. SW So. Charleston, WV 25309.
