He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hoat Gandee and Ida May Waybright Gandee; and his siblings, Duke, Clyde, Holbert Gandee and Earthleen Belle Gandee.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Gandee; his children, Melinda Gurski (Nick), Adrienne Arnold and Mike Gandee (Martha); his siblings, Clem, Clifford Gandee and Becki Harper; and his grandchildren, Zeke and Eli.
