It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Strickland of Elkview, West Virginia, who passed away on February 24, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mark Strickland to pay them a last tribute.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mark Clay Strickland and Charlotte Humphreys Strickland; his pet Winston; his children, Lisa Beth Strickland Hatcher (David) of Elyria Ohio and Mark Edward Strickland (Traci) of Charleston, WV; his grandchildren, Mark William "Will", Andrew, Michael Strickland and Jordan Elizabeth Hatcher; and his aunts and uncles, C. Harold Smith of Cross Lanes, WV, Humphreys, Doris and Margaret. He was also cherished by Grandma Lydia's small house where aunts, uncles and cousins.
Masks and social distancing are required.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Steve's memory to Samaritan's Purse, a nondenominational Christian disaster relief organization that has been providing aid since 1970.
