He is survived by: his daughters, Skylyn Dawn Shaffer and Kayle Nicole Humphries; and his parents, Mark Casey Shaffer Sr. and Gina Lee Young. He is also survived by eight brothers, four sisters and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
