It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louisa Ingram (Elkview, West Virginia), who passed away on August 1, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wiseman and Mary Wiseman (Proctor); her husband Carl Ingram; her daughter Janet Ingram; and her siblings, Billy Wiseman, Johnny Wiseman and Cappie Wiseman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deloris Ingram, Lisa Garten, Peggy Ingram, Mary Tyler and Nancy Phillips; and her brother Donald Wiseman. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
