She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Deel and Ruth Deel; her husband Ronald C. Shaffer; and her siblings, David Deel, Kay Rieser, Bonnie Harper, Lois Wisecup, Pat Rodgers and Ann Holley.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald E'Ronnie (Sherri Shaffer) and Laura (Paul Rose); her grandchildren, Steven (Chandra Shaffer), Justin (Faith Spencer), Amanda (Mike Morris), Mathew Drake and Tyson Shaffer; and her great grandchildren, Layla, Leann, Wade Spencer, Rowan Morris, Jericho, Ezra and Canaan.
