He is survived by: his wife Medora Wayne; his children, Sylvia Ruth Harrah and Paul Wayne (Melinda); his son-in-law Stephen Harrah of Charleston; and his sisters, Eloise Motsinger of Florida and Ruby Coleman of Florida. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
