He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Ray Kennedy Jr. and Elizabeth Ann Glenn Kennedy; his brother Ed Kennedy; and his parents-in-law, Cecil and Betty Strickland.
He is survived by: his wife Judy of Sanderson; his stepchildren, Allen Smith of Wythville, VA, Betty Taylor of Sissonville, Becky Wilson of Elkview and Danny Smith; his brothers, Bob (Vickie Kennedy) and John Kennedy; his sister-in-law Ruth Kennedy of Pinch; and his uncle Robert (Mary Kennedy) of Parkersburg. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, Brothers and Sisters.
