He was predeceased by: his wife Connie S. Arthur; his daughter Kimberly Wright; and his parents, Joseph C. Arthur and Dolly M. Arthur. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Arthur and Nicole Copen; his brothers, Delmar Arthur, Keith Arthur, Terry Arthur and Jeffery Arthur; his grandchildren, Jessica Wright, Tiffany Snyder, Kelsey Wright, Codey Arthur, Joseph Bias, Kristen Arthur and Justin Copen; and his great grandchildren, Bryson Arthur, Skylar Moorehouse, Haley Waychoff, Abbi Snyder, Madeline Snyder, Sophia Snyder and Aiden Harper.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hafer Funeral Home (50 N Pinch Rd, Elkview, WV 25071). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
