He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Fletcher and Mary Anderson Fletcher of Virginia; and his wife Esta Fletcher. He is survived by: his siblings, Janet Fletcher Rich (John) of Butte, Montana and Harry Keith Fletcher (Joyce) of Campbells Creek, WV. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
According to the restrictions of COVID-19 Social distancing and masks are required.
