He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cook and Betty Cook; and his sisters, Sheila Cook Scarrett and Toni Cook Droddy. He is survived by: his wife Betty Tyree Cook; his son Michael Cook (Suzanne); his grandchildren, Kalista and Easton; his daughter Amanda Epling (Nathan); his grandchild Brodie; and his siblings, Jay Cook (Colleen) of Richmond, VA and Candace Walker of Pinch.
