He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Jones and Juanita Jones; his siblings, Tommy, Danny, Lottie Songer and JoAnn Wilkinson; his niece Karen Wilkinson; his daughters, Linda and Lisa; and also Jerry Alan.

He is survived by: his wife Beverly Jones; his children, Michael Jones (Pam), Jeffrey Jones (Rhonda), Lori Teel (Rodney) and Kelley Henderson (Greg); his daughter-in-law Samantha Jones; his grandchildren, Chris Jones (Erica), Andy Jones (Katie), Matt Jones (Brieanna), Hope Jones, Daniel Jones and Luke Teel; his stepgrandchildren, Paislee Coia and Brandon Teel; his nephews, Phillip Jones and Robert Songer; his niece Melissa Olive; and his great grandchildren, Zoe, Paxton, Avery and Mason Jones.

Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hafer Funeral Home (50 N Pinch Rd, Elkview, WV 25071). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
