He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Delmas Heaton and Rebecca Louise Woods Delanie; his grandparents, Oley and Lula White Woods; his wife Dorothy Brown-Heaton; his children, Mark Jett (Jennifer), Angel Strickland, Missie Winnings and Michelle Moore (Joe); his grandchildren, Shane Winnings (Jessica), Brittney Christenberry (Scott), Alex Rodriguez, Savannah Ragsdale (Luke), Cassie Jett Patton (John), Halley Jett (Ray), Brook Jett (Lee) and Mara Jett (Cody); his great grandchildren, Emery, Rhiannon, Makynlee, Ellie, Hattie Grace and Baby Rayson; and his siblings, Yvonne Jett (Charles), Sandra Lee Young-Rucker (Dewight), Elizabeth Ramsey (Bill), Terry Lee Young (Janice), Jerry Lee Young (Melissa) and Michael Heaton (Kathleen).
