She was predeceased by: her parents, Opie Shaffer and Reva Shaffer; and her siblings, Oral Shaffer, Morris Shaffer, Harley Shaffer and Vivian Canterbury.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Chapman; her sons, Brian Chapman (Suzi), Timothy (Jill) and Kevin Chapman (Tammi); her grandchildren, Kylie, Kendyl, Derek, Mallori, Adison, Ciera, Alex, Jordyn and Jocee; and her great grandchildren, Kaiden and Rowan.
