She was predeceased by: her former husband Arthur W. Clemmer; her husband Fred Staats; her parents, Ward Smith and Zella Stark Smith; and her siblings, Bill Smith, Earvin Smith, Earle Smith, Cathleen Samples, Phyllis Deaner, Clifford Smith, Bob Smith, Ike Smith, Jerry Smith and Kenneth Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Phillip Clemmer (Ladonna) and Dennis Clemmer. She is also survived by one step-granddaughter, and three step great grandchildren.
