She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Calvin "Jim" Neeley and Minnie Pearl Hanna-Neeley; her sisters, Helen, Ethel, Ruth, Grace, Eloise and Mary; her husband Bill Franklin Wehrle; her children, Jonathan, Beverly Kay and Mary Ellen; her grandson Chad; her daughter Lisa; her great grandchild Owen Hill; her children, Billy, Ernie and Patty; and also James. She was also cherished by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to HospiceCare, 1606 Kanawha Blvd., West, Charleston, WV 25387.
