He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Copenhaver and Reba Bailey Copenhaver; his sister Judy Shaffer; and his grandson Jacob Copenhaver. He is survived by: his son Geary Copenhaver II (Jennifer) of Elkview; his sister Norma Simms of Elkview; and his grandson Jack Copenhaver of Elkview.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Floral Hills Garden of Memories (6839 Sissonville Dr, Charleston, WV 25320). A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
