He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Dexter and Edna Garnet Hammack Dexter. He is survived by: his son Gabriel Allen Hargus; his siblings, Gregory Dexter (Martha) of Mt. Pleasant, William Dexter of Elkview and Mary Jane Dexter of Elkview; and his pet Pete.
