With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Forest Carper of Elkview, West Virginia, who passed away on November 14, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Carper and Ollie Carper; and his siblings, Willard Carper (Alleene), Beulah Hill (Harry), Ellen Grubs (Carl), Libby Cook (Don) and Wilma Carter (Chuck).

He is survived by: his wife Judy Carper; his children, Forest "Skip" Carper Jr. (Audrey) and Angela Stabile (Matt); his sister Erline Davis; his grandchildren, Tiffany Mondell (Nate), Frank Sidoris (Allie), Alexa Carper and Erika Carper; and his great grandchildren, Collin Koepp and Sophia Mondell.
