She was predeceased by: her parents, Miletis Park Shafer and Elsie Mae Drake Shafer; her husbands, Kenneth Fields and Everett Holstein; her son Rickey Fields; and her siblings, Joan Strickland, Geneva Marshall, Harry E., Jack E. and Sammy D. Shafer.

She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Rita Fields Seabolt; her brother Larry C. Shafer (Bernice); her grandchildren, Rickey Fields Jr. (Nell) and Melinda Fields; her great grandchildren, Mary, Tate and Nathan; and her nieces, Pamela Jeffries and Cathy Paxton.

After the coronavirus concerns are over there will be a memorial service for family and friends.

June is My Aunt and my Mom Geneva Marshalls sister. We are heart broken to lose her so soon but glad that she is no longer suffering.my Aunt had so much sadness in her life I hope for her sake there is a place called heaven because she belongs there .”
