With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy McCroskey (Elkview, West Virginia), who passed away on June 25, 2019 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John; and her parents, Jacob Odell and Ocie Odell. She is survived by: her daughters, Marsha Taylor (Cecil) of Charleston and Linda Shives (Zane) of Sissonville; her grandson Matthew Taylor; her great grandchildren, Meadow, Waylon and Haley; and her sisters, Norma Walls, Ginny Barnett and Shirley Crowder.
Because of Dorothy's love of animals, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name, to the Kanawha Charleston Humane Association, 1248 Greenbrier St. Charleston, WV 25311.
