He was predeceased by: his parents, James Haynes and Lula Tate Haynes; his daughter Dawn Haynes; and his sister Christina Haynes. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Barnett Haynes; his children, Billy Danberry (Cheryl) and Farrah Thaxton (Doug); his brothers, Douglas Haynes (Phyllis), James "Ricky" Haynes and Larry Haynes; and his nieces and nephews, Sherry Talbert, Paul Haynes, Eddie Johnson, Al Haynes, Jeff Haynes, Katrina Woodrum, Crystal Haynes, Justin Haynes, Destiny Haynes and Devin Haynes. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
