He is survived by: his wife Dana O'Dell Harper; his pet Jersey Elvis; his brothers, Edward Harper Jr. and Joe Harper (Linda); his father-in-law Ward D. O'Dell; his siblings-in-law, Deborah Pate, Duaina Alley, Donna Harlow and Danny O'Dell (Carol); his nephew Justin Frame; his niece Katrina Bowers (Cody); and his great-nephew Jackson Bowers. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, & cousins.
