He was predeceased by: his wife Wilda Withrow; his parents, Arnold Withrow and Ineta Keaton Withrow; and his sister Loretta Walden. He is survived by: his children, Vincent Withrow (Levettta Casto) and Kim Withrow; his daughter-in-law Darlena Withrow; his sister Shirley Campbell; his grandchildren, Shane Clark, Makayla Clark, Veronica Casto (Marvin), Jennifer Withrow (David Rucker) and Alex Withrow (Tiffani); and his great grandchildren, Alexis, Bailee Mullins, Melani Casto, Maleigha, Macy, Eric, Skylar Withrow and Shayde Dodson.
Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic in our state, it is mandated by the Governor and the CDC that proper facial coverings be worn and that social distancing be observed.
