He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Oleda; his children, Karen Hays (Bill) of Roane County, Joyce Gaylor (Gene) of Cross Lanes, Clyde Dale Jr. (Susan) of Elkview and Beverly Dye (Mike) of Clendenin; and his parents, King David Rose (Bub) and Elizabeth Spencer. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren, and sixteen great grandchildren.
