He is survived by: his son Charles Westfall (Cody) of Montgomery, WV; his parents, Karen Lipscomb-Harper of Walton, WV and Darrell Wayne Westfall of Elkview, WV; his brother Darrell Westfall (Trent); and his son Bonnie Estep-Westfall. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
