She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Johnson; her parents, Hayes V. Christy and Virgie Simmons Christy; and her siblings, Nadine Page, Charles T. Christy, Hayes F. Christy and James R. Christy.
She is survived by: her sons, Orville H. Johnson and Bradley Scott Johnson; her sisters, Anna Mae Jewel and Twila McFarland; and her grandchildren, Zack Johnson and Alexandrea Johnson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
