He is survived by: his wife Delores Jane Stover; his child Wesley Stover; his stepson Larry Skiles; his wife Michelle Stover of Spencer; his grandchildren, Heather Dornsife, Mark Carte, Jessica Carte, Carlos Stover III, Jason Stover and Katlyn Stover; his great grandchildren, Joey Stricker, Alaina Dornsife, Averie Dornsife, Aubrey Carte, Braylen, Mason, Bailey and Holden Stover; his former wife Phyllis Withrow (Russell); his sister Jean Galitier of Newark, DE; and also, Carlos Wesley Stover, Jr. and Gregory Allen Stover of Charleston. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
