She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Carnes; her daughter Linda Kay Carnes Smith; her parents, Harley Ray Kennedy, Sr. and Olive Virginia Holt Kennedy; her brothers, Harley Ray Kennedy, Jr. and Richard S. Kennedy; her sister-in-law Elizabeth Ann Glenn Kennedy; and her nephews, Edward Kennedy and Robert Kennedy, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Carnes Belcher (Billy Belcher); her son-in-law Tony Smith; her grandchildren, Joey Belcher and Beth Belcher; her great grandchildren, William Lance Belcher and Mary Kay Belcher; her brother Robert D. Kennedy, Sr.; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Kennedy and June Kennedy. She is also survived by niece and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
